After returning back to the Hudson Valley in 2019 after a five year global marketing stint in Ireland, Jessie approached Eliza about a business idea she had seen in Ireland that had been wildly successful. Eliza, a renowned caterer and private chef in the area was the perfect partner for this new hospitality venture. After finding the perfect trailer to convert in 2020, and over a year of many hurdles, the Fizzy Filly Bar launched in August 2021. Since then, The Fizzy Filly Bar service and chic trailer have been a popular addition to private events, weddings, brunches, corporate events, graduation parties and all types of celebrations.
