After returning back to the Hudson Valley in 2019 after a five year global marketing stint in Ireland, Jessie had business idea she had seen in Ireland that had been wildly successful. After finding the perfect trailer to convert in 2020, and over a year of many hurdles, the Fizzy Filly Bar launched in August 2021. Since then, The Fizzy Filly Bar service and chic trailer have been a popular addition to private events, weddings, brunches, corporate events, graduation parties and all types of celebrations. We have grown our expansion of offerings beyond The Fizzy Filly Bar to offer our clients all their day of event needs.
